See The States Not Owing Civil Servants

According to PUNCH, the Nigerian states listed below are not owing their workers.

Adamawa, Anambra, Bayelsa, Borno, Delta, Edo, FCT, Gombe Kaduna, Kwara, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Sokoto, Taraba





I can not believe that Ayo Fayose of Ekiti state is owing workers yet he had the funds to be placing Buhari's obituary on newspaper front pages.

Its very strange and sad !!!
