Police officer, Sgt Godwin Hosea who produces bullet proof jackets locally was today decorated as a sergeant at the Bauchi state command. Sgt Hosea had on July 22nd presented his work to the IGP, Solomon Arase at a police function in Bauchi state. The elated IG ordered he be promoted with immediate effect.
