The pastor who was seen wearing a black priest cassock complete with the white collar for the robe. In the video, the priest was seen kneeling beside the blue FRSC car known to all while the three officers watched him.
The officers were heard telling the priest to stand up as they walked away from him.
However, the video did not give any hint as to what might have happened to make a man of his status kneel down to beg the officers.
