Lil Wayne's daughter, Reginae Carter has given an update on the rapper's health after he was hospitalized following another seizure on Sunday.She tweeted

My dad is doing fine everyone ! Thanks for the concerns😘😘 you guys are amazing.Oh yeah .. & don't believe everything you hear
TMZ reported that,Wayne was hospitalized Sunday in Chicago after he was found unconscious in his hotel room at the Westin on Michigan Avenue after suffering at least one seizure.
